Our team consists of minority-owned and operated firms participating in the SBA's 8a and HUB Zone programs. We are also NMSDC MBE, and DBE certified. 

Defender has a strong leadership team which includes a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, master electricians with more than 30 years of experience, general foremen and superintendents to supervisor any project. Our crews are composed of professional career-minded tradesmen with the knowledge and training to ensure success. We also have strong relationships with subcontractors and skilled labor forces to help us scale manpower to meet project demands across the country.
